Meeting #4

Last Wednesday, Josefina and I made great improvements on her understanding of the past tense. She is really starting to understand it. She puts so much effort into her homework (she assigns herself homework!) and is always very willing to learn. Our meeting lasted just under forty minutes; it is difficult to gather enough material for an hour-it's just a learning process for me to determine how much work I need to prepare to cover an entire hour. Tomorrow I hope to work more on the past tense, but also learn a little bit more about each other. I am thrilled with how our meetings are going so far, but hope to make a deeper connection with her!

Watch it woman.

Your comment was hurtful and mean- obviously I didn’t mean to spell anything incorrectly. But thanks for harping on my faults.

Just kidding Erin!

I think it's a good sign that you're running out of activities, it means that you're a good teacher that's making it easy to understand. If you often get done early, maybe you could just sit and talk to her for a while; I'm sure she'd love the practice and the company. I'm glad your meetings are going so well!
